Be the lead wedding coordinator.
Direct wedding ceremony and oversee reception.
Lead the rehearsal.
Designate wedding day responsibilities.
Organize vendors and be the main communication.
Work with venues to create floor plan.
Oversee floor plan set up.
Provide and finalize details with vendors.
Confirm with vendors arrivals for set up.
Supply wedding day emergency kit.
Oversee and help set up items for ceremony and reception.
Deliver final payments and tips to vendors.
Load all luggage and gifts into car.
Help make sure venue is empty/clean by end of the night.
Wedding Coordination Process for Full Bloom Events
Once Hired- Advice can be offered on vendors and recommendations at time of booking, but will not start creating the timeline until the timeframe contracted for. Can also start to collect all concrete plans that already have been made.
A Few Weeks Before- Create wedding timeline and help with planning still in process. Will also collect all vendor contracts and contact information.
Week Before- Distribute timeline and a vendor lists to all vendors. All planning will be complete.
Day Before- Attend and coordinate your rehearsal along with the officiant or church official.
Day of Wedding- Arrive at the venue prior to the first vendor/client arrival. Direct all vendors, oversee floor plan set up, manage the timing and flow of events (getting ready, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing). Be your point of contact for any questions/concerns throughout care of personal items and gifts at the end of the evening.

Small Wedding Day of Coordinator Services • $1000 (up to 100 guests) • 30 days out
Wedding Day of Coordinator Services • $1500 (over 100 guests) • 30 days out
Small Extended Coordinator Services • $1500 • 90 days out• (up to 100 guests) (includes cake-cutting)
Extended Coordinator Services with Assistant • $2000 • 90 days out (includes cake-cutting, and set-up/tear-down)
Complete Coordinator Services • $4000 • starts at booking (includes cake-cutting and set-up/tear-down)
Ceremony Coordination Services • $750 • getting ready, photos, and ceremony.
Reception Coordination Services • $800 (up to 100 guests) $1200 (over 100 guests • cocktail hour, dinner, reception, dancing.
Travel fees apply outside of a 50 mile radius.
Any wedding planned passed midnight (strike included), is subject to a $250 fee per hour.
